Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations. Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and engagement activities. Assess community needs and identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote program awareness and participation. Track program progress, collect data, and prepare reports on program outcomes and impact. Ensure programs align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals. Advocate for community needs and represent the organization in relevant forums.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit sector, with a focus on community outreach or engagement. Proven experience in developing and managing community programs. Strong understanding of community organizing principles and best practices. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Strong organizational and project management skills. Passion for social impact and a commitment to serving the community. Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently.
