Sr Program Manager - Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage program-level risks and issues, applying structured governance practices for informed decision-making.

• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and influence decisions without direct authority.

• Prepare and present concise updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress and necessary decisions.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and align teams towards common goals.

• Proven track record in risk management and problem-solving within program management.

Preferred Skills

• 9-10+ years of experience in program management or operations support.

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.

• Experience in a matrixed or highly regulated environment is advantageous.
