Role Context

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of multi-project programs in Riyadh. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure successful delivery, integration, and coordination of multiple projects while meeting time, cost, quality, and stakeholder objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a program consisting of multiple projects

• Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, master schedule, and budget

• Ensure alignment between projects and program-level objectives

• Monitor and report on program performance, risks, dependencies, and issues

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated delivery

• Support governance, reporting, and decision-making processes at the program level

• Facilitate resource allocation, prioritization, and optimization across projects

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and best practices

• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and efficiency initiatives

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios

• Proven experience overseeing multi-project programs in infrastructure, urban development, or mega projects

• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple interfaces

• Experience in mega or giga projects is highly preferred

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in interface management methodologies and tools

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Experience working with planning and project control teams

• Proficient in reporting and documentation

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
