Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Program Manager to lead customer programs from initiation to fulfilment. This role serves as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong relationships, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong relationships
Understand customer needs and drive program success
Manage end-to-end programs to ensure timely delivery and commitment alignment including FG shipment, RMA handling and spot-buy activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet OTD, inventory management, operation revenue and quality targets
Oversee daily operations and work closely with the production planner, including order fulfilment and shipments
Analyse demand forecasts vs production capacity, identify risks, and resolve supply constraints.
Strategically load all customer demands into system.
Track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure on-time project completion
Monitor on SCM performance and material readiness (CTB)
Prepare quotation and ensure customer satisfied and accept the quote.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Manage backlog priorities and adapt to changing customer needs
Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Degree in Operation Management / Engineering / Planning related field
Total 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in semiconductor
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Power
Point, and reporting tools (macros preferred)
Knowledge of SAP and MRP is advantageous
PMP certification is a plus
