Role Overview:
As a Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for client programs. Your role will involve owning end-to-end SAFe execution, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART ceremonies to ensure alignment with client business outcomes and delivery commitments. Additionally, you will drive predictable delivery across multiple agile teams by managing cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and milestones in complex, enterprise-scale client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for client programs, ensuring alignment to client business outcomes and delivery commitments.

- Act as a SAFe expert and servant leader, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and client stakeholders on SAFe principles, ART maturity, and continuous improvement practices.
- Partner closely with client Product Management, Business Owners, Architects, and Publicis Sapient leadership to align vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Establish and report ART-level metrics (predictability, risks, dependencies, objectives achievement) to both client and internal leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe framework; SAFe RTE / SPC certification preferred.
- Experience managing multi-team Agile programs and complex delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience dealing with US / UK senior stakeholders.
