About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented program manager to act as the operational backbone for our ACCA & CFA categories at PW. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement across all aspects of category operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and bring structure and efficiency to complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the ACCA & CFA categories, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

• Act as the central point of coordination between academic, product, marketing, and support teams

• Manage schedules, course launches, and lifecycle of ACCA & CFA programs

• Track performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, learner outcomes, and engagement

• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions

• Ensure timely execution of projects and adherence to timelines

• Monitor student experience and continuously enhance processes

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership visibility

• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational issues

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role (Ed

Tech/Finance education preferred)

• Basic understanding or exposure to ACCA/CFA programs is a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• High ownership, accountability, and execution focus
