Program Manager Description The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end delivery for AI, ML, and Generative AI projects. This position offers a unique blend of delivery leadership, architecture oversight, stakeholder management, and team mentorship. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring production-grade deployments and a significant business impact. Responsibilities Own and lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from problem identification to post-launch support. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects. Drive the delivery of cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including LLM-based applications and Agentic AI use cases. Establish and govern robust AI delivery frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficient model lifecycle management. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and ethical AI standards, maintaining regulatory compliance. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging AI/GenAI technologies into delivery practices. Manage delivery budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications effectively. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, analytics, or data science, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI programs. Hands-on expertise in GenAI architectures, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI product delivery. Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and large-scale AI deployments. In-depth knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions with tangible business outcomes. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills. Experience working in agile delivery environments, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/GenAI space. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
