📝 Rquirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA or Trello for managing Scrum artifacts
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum

Master (CSM) or similar preferred

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to clarify product backlog items
• Maintain and update team boards, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts
• Cultivate a self-organizing and collaborative team culture
• Promote and encourage open communication among team members
• Assist in identifying and overcoming any conflicts or obstacles that affect the teams progress
• Lead engaging retrospective meetings to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to boost performance
