Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master for an omnichannel product team, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing agile practices within a high-energy, SAFe-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to stabilize our in-flight, high-velocity setup by providing exceptional facilitation, coaching, and delivery support for a skilled team.

Your key responsibilities will include driving impactful ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. You'll coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on SAFe and agile best practices, ensuring we maintain a steady stream of groomed backlog items to keep productivity high. Collaboration with Product Owners will be essential to clarify actionable requirements that align with our program goals.

As a bridge between delivery teams and leadership, you'll ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing real-time insights to the Program Manager on team delivery health and capacity. You'll also manage escalations regarding impediments that could impact sprint commitments.

This role is pivotal amid the enterprise agile transformation, requiring you to promote consistency and accountability across all teams and stakeholders involved. Be a key player in supporting release planning, PI planning, and cross-team dependency alignment in a large-scale enterprise SAFe environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years as a Scrum Master with enterprise-scale teams.

• Active Scrum Master certification.

• Experience within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.

• Expertise in facilitating large, mature teams managing complex dependencies.

• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution.

• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

• Preferred certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).

• Experience with SAP or enterprise platform teams and a background in omnichannel, customer experience, or digital product initiatives are advantageous.

Compensation:

Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
