Detailed Job Description:
Candidate is responsible for leading daily standups, sprint planning, producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including:

• Architecture overviews

• API and integration guides

• User and customer-facing documentation Internal engineering and operational guides

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, consumable content

• Partner with engineers to document designs, ADRs, and workflows

• Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards

• Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams

• Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices

• User Stories

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in sprint planning, technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems

• Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs

• Excellent written communication and editing skills

• Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, Git

Hub, Confluence, etc.)

• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams
