Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business

Good understanding of user behaviour client experience to deliver business capabilities through a client centric data driven digital journeys Processes

● Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions

● Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

● Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

● Performing requirements analysis

● Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

● Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

● Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

● Working closely with clients business and managerial staff

● Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

● Performing user acceptance testing

● Managing projects developing project plans and monitoring performance

● Updating implementing and maintaining procedures

● Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

● Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users

● Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

● Responsible for administers and timely updates on project progress issue risk timelines resource plan and any other static data to various governance forums ie Refinement Forum RF Steering Co

● Monthly Performance Reviews MPR Quarterly Performance Reviews QPR etc Ensure the data is meaningful accurate relevant and data is current

● Ensure the rebaseline requests change requests closure reports are fully documented before

● presenting for approval

● Conduct research to see what's new and trending in the digital data space internally and externally

● Creating and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog

● Clearly communicating priorities sprint goals and acceptance criteria to the scrum team

● Defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements to the scrum team including definition of done

● Act as a key player in the different events of the development cycle daily scrums team demos and retrospectives SIT UAT and signoff from business stakeholders

● Review test cases and evidence to ensure enough test coverage Risk Management

● Coordinates escalates and reports on key risks and issues Recorded in Banks project management

● tools eg Clarity Plan

View ADO and proper and timely mitigations for closure in Refinement Forum

Governance

● Maintain requirements library Share

Point Teams Confluence ADO including submitted

papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums

● Provide support to Management Team Workstream Leads Product Owners Scrum Masters and development team to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that BA process follow the Banks NWOW standards processes and governance

● Ensuring that all submissions to committees forums are of the right quality and are timely Regulatory Business Conduct

● Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct

● Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring

● compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group

Code of Conduct

● Lead TTO Risk Management to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles Fair

● Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment

● Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters

OTHER SKILLS

● Expert knowledge in Fusion Risk Management or similar platform leveraging Salesforce capability is a MUST

● Excellent stakeholder management skills

● Understanding of Project Governance standards change management financial management

● project lifecycle and related lifecycle stages

● Current Knowledge of SCB processes governance and standard for project programme

● management new Way of Working nWOW risk management prepost implementation is a

plus

● Experience in with liaising and engaging with internal audit groups external reviewers and regulators is a plus An industry recognized BA certification is a plus"

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
