Key Responsibilities (6-8 Years Experience)

• Senior Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams and Product Owners in complex Agile adoptions and fostering an Agile mindset across the organization.

• Remove Organizational Impediments: Tackle complex, cross-functional dependencies and organizational bottlenecks, acting as a buffer between the team and external interruptions.

• Facilitate Value Delivery: Ensure Scrum framework efficiency, running all ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure high-velocity delivery.

• Product Backlog Collaboration: Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize ROI.

• Metric-Driven Improvement: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to drive improvements in team performance and productivity.

• Conflict Resolution: Actively resolve team conflicts and facilitate decision-making, improving team dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment as a Scrum Master.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II/III or Certified Scrum

Master (CSM) preferred

• Tools: Expert-level proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools.

• Leadership: Proven ability to influence change at an organizational level and lead by example.

• Communication: Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Focus Areas

• Scaled Agile: Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) frameworks

• Organizational Change: Driving continuous improvement (CI/CD) and reducing technical debt to enhance quality.
