ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description:

The

Scrum Masteris a leader and coach whofacilitatesteamevents,processes,andsupports teams in delivering value.The role involvesfacilitatingcommunication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment with theprogramvision, managing risks and dependencies,and driving relentless improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques. Align with Agile values such as prioritizing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.

  • Lead andfacilitateagileeventsincluding stand-ups, sprint&PIplanning, reviews, retrospectives,demosand backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration.

  • Adviseon

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)events, including Program

Increment (PI)Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifybusiness requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Work with Product Owners, Product and Solution Management, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment

  • Help the scrum teams achieve delivery acceleration focused on business outcomes by reaching higher levels of scrum maturity

  • Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across

Teams / ART toensurethatthey are addressedin a timely manner

  • Coordinate withservices and support to schedule resolution of issues with released products

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the

Teams / Agile Release Train (ART)by leading retrospectives and encouraging innovation

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the

Team / ART, ensuring transparency and alignment with solution objectives

  • Provide guidance and support to

Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Management teams to help them deliver valueeffectively and adhere to Agile best practices

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree with 9-12 years of experience in

Computer Science, Business, Engineering,ITor relatedfield

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira,Confluenceand Jira Align

  • Experience in guiding teams through Agileeventsand ensuring adherence to SAFepracticesand behaviors

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challengeswith data

  • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Dev

Ops and Test Automation Processes in software delivery

  • Workshop facilitationand training experience

Professional Certifications:

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar (preferred)

  • CertifiedSAFe RTE or similar(preferred)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent people and project management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully

  • Team oriented with a focus on achievingteam goals

Shift Information:

This position requires you to work a later shift and may beassigneda second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, asrequiredbased on business requirements.
