Specialist Business Analyst

About the Role:We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our new DMS, Sarathi, and SF related initiatives. The role involves partnering closely with business and technology teams to understand, analyze, document, and facilitate the implementation of business requirements, along with ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout the process. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end to end requirements for the Sales and After Sales functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.Job Summary:Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements based on a thorough understanding of existing business processes.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and document detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), including use cases and user stories.Document requirements comprehensively, including user workflow diagrams, business rules, wireframes, and related artifacts.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.Conduct requirement grooming sessions with the development team to ensure complete clarity prior to the start of development.Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives throughout the development lifecycle.Oversee end to end functional and integration testing for all documented user stories and features.Author and obtain sign off on functional user stories and test cases.Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision making.Support testing activities, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Prepare documentation to assist end users during and after solution implementation.Develop and implement go to market strategies for new features and modules.Support user training sessions and workshops during major feature releases.Gather user feedback and triage requirements based on implementation priority.Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, ensuring sprint commitments are met and tracking variances where applicable.Work closely with clients on mobile application development and ongoing support.Possess hands on experience with JIRA and MS Office tools.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Domain expertise in the automobile industry is preferred.
