Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and market positioning to identify strategic advantages.
B2B Prospecting: Build and maintain accurate contact lists of decision-makers (HR Managers, Department Heads) using various tools.
Market Mapping: Profile companies for their specific hiring needs and identify gaps in the local labor market.
Candidate Sourcing & Research
Talent Mapping: Design and execute search strategies to identify and map the spectrum of candidates for niche, mid-senior to executive level hiring.
Advanced Sourcing: Use Boolean search, online databases, and social media platforms to identify both active and passive candidates.
Candidate Pipelining: Build and maintain a sustainable talent pool to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
Market Insights: Conduct benchmark research on salary trends and talent availability to advise clients on realistic hiring expectations.
Data Management & Reporting
CRM/ATS Maintenance: Ensure all lead and candidate data is accurate and up-to-date in the company s internal systems.
Prepare structured reports and visual data displays (charts/graphs) on recruitment metrics and business development progress for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Human Resources.
