Job Description

Role: Business Analyst Charles River (CRD)

Location : North Quincy, MA

Duration: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Charles River (CRD) Business Analyst to support Portfolio Management and Order Management platforms across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; manage end‑to‑end delivery ownership

  • Design business processes, workflows, and functional specifications

  • Support and implement CRD upgrades, enhancements, and configurations

  • Configure OMS, EMS, and Compliance modules, including rule writing

  • Provide daily front‑office and middle‑office support for Equity and Fixed Income trading

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure clarity, sign‑offs, and timely delivery

  • Communicate requirement status, risks, and defect closures to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of hands‑on experience with Charles River Development (CRD)

  • Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives workflows

  • Experience across full trade lifecycle and compliance processes

  • Knowledge of CRD data model and import/export workflows

  • PL/SQL proficiency (mandatory)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
