Ops. Ability to design and maintain technical documentation. Significant experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC. Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems. Tasks & Responsibilities: Managing the software development pipeline from feature prioritization to coordinating deployment to production. Responsible for writing detailed Acceptance Criteria and building a library of use cases. Backlog refinement and prioritization utilizing tools such as Azure Dev
Ops in collaboration with business sponsors, product solutions, development teams and project managers that align to client and business objectives. Manage reprioritization and negotiations between stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with Product Owners when sequencing requirements are cross-workstreams. Collaborate with project management to keep them informed on software development as it relates to critical projects to ensure the delivery plans are executed against agreed milestones. Demonstrate strong collaboration with others and high emotional intelligence to build productive and strategic relationships. Understand the business functions, clients and products to think strategically, effectively lead the team through change and solution issues.
