Entry-Level | Reports to Director of Project Management
We're a bank built for small businesses, and we're looking for a recent graduate to join our team. We don't fit neatly into "operations" or "technology." We do both, solving business problems with a mix of off-the-shelf platforms, custom Replit builds, and AI agents we build ourselves. This is a new role for someone who wants to spend their first job building real tools that solve real problems, not running reports nobody reads.
You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology. Your days will mix figuring out what our internal teams actually need, prototyping solutions in Replit, and building AI agents on Microsoft's stack. Some of what you build will go live. Some will fail. Both outcomes are part of the job.
What you'll do
Translate business problems into technical prototypes
Build and test AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
Prototype lightweight tools, dashboards, and proof-of-concepts in Replit
Document what you build so others can use, extend, or break it
Iterate, ship, and learn from what doesn't work
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston (any major; we care more about how you think than what you studied)
Some comfort with code. You don't need a CS degree, but you've written something, somewhere, that worked
A real interest in AI that goes beyond reading about it on Linked
In. You've tried tools, hit walls, and found workarounds
The kind of brain that opens the hood when something breaks instead of closing the laptop
Clear writing, and the ability to explain technical things to people who don't want a technical answer
You'd rather ask a basic question than guess at the answer
If you've ever taught yourself something outside of class, finished a tutorial and immediately gone looking for the next one, or built a thing nobody asked you to build, you'll fit in here.
What we'll teach you
Everything else. The financial services side of the business, our specific systems and processes, and how to manage a project from intake through delivery. We hire for aptitude and curiosity, then we train.
