Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support client engagements involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, system integrations, and business process improvements.

This role focuses on analysing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 and other business systems.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

• Develop business cases, process models, and use case diagrams

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support Dynamics 365 CRM implementations

• Use tools such as Jira for tracking requirements and progress

• Support system integration projects by mapping business processes across platforms

• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project scope

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions

• Familiarity with business analysis techniques such as process modelling (Visio), gap analysis, and stakeholder management.

• Develop comprehensive documentation using Visio and other visualisation tools to support system architecture and process workflows.

• Manage projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations following SDLC best practices.

• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing systems.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Knowledge of:

• Business analysis methodologies

• Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

• Requirements gathering and documentation

• Use case modelling and process mapping

• Familiarity with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not mandatory)

• Jira or similar tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
