Business Analyst (Ref 26433)

Responsibilities

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.

• You will also research, gather, and synthesize information.

• You will perform testing of build artefacts to ensure that artefacts behave as per business requirements.

• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

• Create detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to inform decision-making and improve processes.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related studies

• Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.

• Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design, Business Model Strategy, Pega Software Application Development, and Software Development Life Cycle is suggested.
