We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital and Process Optimisation team within this client and drive the success of new projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead market and trend analysis to identify strategic growth and AI adoption opportunities
Own end to end process design and re engineering, defining target state processes aligned with business strategy
Act as Product Owner or lead consultant, driving product vision, road-map, and prioritisation
Partner with IT, business units, and vendors to design and deliver enterprise digital solutions
Resolve complex business, operational, and user experience issues across platforms
Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes
Document and review business cases, requirements, and solution designs
Support enterprise level business analysis across multiple initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven senior‑level experience in process design, optimisation, or re-engineering, with ownership of end‑to‑end solution and outcome
Solid experience acting as Product Owner or similar role, leading product vision, design, and road-map definition
Experience in managing and integrating multiple enterprise / corporate services and systems
Strong ability to define target‑state business processes and guide organisations to achieve strategic end goals
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including senior management
Ability to mentor, guide, and review work from junior Business Consultants / Analysts
Fluency in English and Cantonese
