Job Description

Role: Business Analyst / Consultant / Techno-Functional Consultant in CRM Domain

Tools & Technologies:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps

  • Administrator Level Access on Dataverse

Skills & Knowledge:

  • CRM Expertise:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Understanding of basic CRM Sales modules, best practices, and functionality

  • Dynamics 365, Power

Apps & Power Platform:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Proficiency in leveraging advanced features such as Power BI for analytics

  • Customization and configuration: creating and editing views, fields, charts, entities, dashboards, workflows, processes, security roles, and reports

  • Continuous system improvement: keeping the system up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities

  • Solution-Oriented Mindset:

  • Ability to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives

  • Analytical prowess to troubleshoot and solve complex issues within Dynamics 365

Future Scope:

  • Copilot

  • Dynamics 365 Plugin for Outlook Integration

  • GenAI Basics: Sales Navigator & Next Action Suggestions

Integration Perspective:

  • Build and manage solutions & feature flagging

  • Dependent data model

  • Azure API Services (Web

Job, Queue, Subscriptions)

Certification:

  • Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210)

  • Level: Intermediate

  • Product: Dynamics 365

  • Renewal Frequency: 12 months

Industry Exposure:

  • CRM and its market applications

  • Shipping and/or Logistic industries

Additional Skills:

  • Workshop management and team building

  • Agile experience

  • User story writing/management

  • Customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Manage requirement gathering process by meeting with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements

  • Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high-level and low-level solution designs

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to contribute to the Product Vision

  • Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories

  • Support the Development Team daily by providing specifications or descriptions of the User Stories

  • Manage the dependencies of the Product Backlog with other Products
