ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst

As a Business System Analyst with 4-6 years of hands-on experience and some QA exposure, your role will involve the following:

Role Overview:
With extensive expertise in detailed analysis of features and user stories, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements. Your role will include compiling elicitation results, analyzing requirements, and determining the best solutions. Additionally, you will conduct research to explore existing business solutions and facilitate solution design with the architecture and development team.

• Perform in-depth analysis of features and author detailed user stories
• Recommend business priorities and advise on options, risks, and costs versus benefits
• Analyze requirements to determine optimal solutions

• Validate solution design against business and functional requirements
• Conduct hands-on testing (script-based and exploratory)
• Test Microsoft platform upgrades and platform compatibility
• Utilize SQL for data retrieval from relational databases
• Support end users and the support desk on advanced product and usage issues
• Develop training materials and conduct learning sessions
• Understand test automation frameworks
• Take ownership of assigned work and track defects to closure
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ADO
• Work effectively in a team and high-pressure environment
• Understand various SDLC processes, including agile development
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills for effective requirement discussions with client and internal teams
