IBR Infotech is a fast-growing IT Software Development company providing end-to-end technology solutions including custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI solutions, and SaaS product development to global clients. We are looking for a result-driven IT Business Development Executive who has experience in international IT services sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for IT services through platforms such as Linked

In, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, and cold calling.

  • Identify and target potential international clients in markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.

  • Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and client presentations.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Prepare proposals, project estimates, and sales presentations for prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project discussions and delivery alignment.

  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and weekly sales reports.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎯 Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development.

  • Strong experience in international client acquisition.

  • Knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, Cloud, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience using Linked

In Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to convert leads into SQL and close deals independently.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling custom software development services.

  • Strong network in international markets.

  • Understanding of GTM strategies for SaaS or AI products.
