VP, Business Analysis - Enterprise Banking Product Implementation

Role: Business Analyst – VP

Location: Pune

We are currently partnering with a leading global banking organization to identify a seasoned Business Analyst (VP level) who can drive strategic change initiatives across technology and business functions.

This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business, enabling delivery of complex transformation programs within the banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end business analysis across the change delivery lifecycle (requirements to implementation & support)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation (User Stories), and traceability (functional & non-functional)
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with broader technology and business strategy
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, service improvement, and enhanced product performance
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert bridging business needs with technical solutions

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Banking domain (Accounting, GL, Loans, Deposits, Interest Calculations)
• Proven track record in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Expertise in end-to-end requirement management and stakeholder management
• Exposure to large-scale product implementations (Finnacle, LoanIQ, Temenos/ T24) and system integrations
• Experience in Liquidity Management projects is highly preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
