ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving Company's growth through data-informed decision-making. This position is responsible for translating complex marketing data into actionable insights that directly shape campaign strategy, audience targeting, and lead generation outcomes. The ideal candidate brings analytical rigour to every initiative while maintaining a strong commercial awareness of market dynamics, sector opportunities, and competitive positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct in-depth research on target industries, geographies, and buyer segments relevant to company's service offerings.
Monitor competitor activity, industry news, and market shifts to keep the business ahead of trends.
Identify and document new market opportunities, sector gaps, and emerging customer needs every quarter.
Campaign Performance & Analytics
Track, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs including CPC, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI across all digital platforms.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for optimisation.
Conduct regular campaign audits and implement improvement actions to improve efficiency and results.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
Support the planning and execution of lead generation, awareness, and retargeting campaigns across relevant geographies and sectors.
Analyse funnel performance to reduce drop-off rates and improve the quality and volume of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
Build and maintain marketing funnels tailored to different regions, services, and buyer personas.
Content Strategy Support
Contribute data-driven content ideas aligned with market research findings and audience insights.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop insight-led assets, campaign briefs, and messaging frameworks.
Manage and adhere to the monthly content calendar across all regional and sector priorities.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate with business development and internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format suitable for non-technical audiences.
Experience
Relevant 2-5 Years work experience as Market Analyst
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
