Sr. UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in building intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces for end customers and/or internal employees. You will play a key role in shaping seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile web/app platforms.

• Translate product requirements, business goals, and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Balance functional usability with aesthetically pleasing design systems.

• Create intuitive user journeys that simplify complex workflows.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products.

• Continuously benchmark and elevate product experiences to be at least two steps ahead of existing market standards.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for customer-facing and/or internal tools.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.

• Experience designing for both web and mobile web/app interfaces.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Ability to work directly with engineers and cross-functional business leaders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A balanced mindset capable of delivering both highly functional and visually refined designs.

• Portfolio showcasing real-world design problem-solving and measurable impact.
