UX-Obsessed Claude Builder Intern

We are looking for a developer-intern who can build real products using Claude and AI tools, while being deeply obsessed with product experience and UX.

At Flabs, we strongly believe that UX decides whether a product will work or not. A feature is not complete just because it functions technically. It is complete only when users can understand it, use it easily, and feel that it solves their problem smoothly.

This role is for someone who enjoys building fast, thinking deeply about users, and improving every small interaction in a product.

UX-Obsessed Claude Builder Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Type: Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹50,000/month

What You Will Do

You will work closely with the product and tech team to build AI-powered product flows using tools like Claude, Cursor, and other modern AI development tools.

Your work will include:

• Building product prototypes and internal tools using AI-assisted development.

• Converting rough product ideas into usable workflows.

• Improving UX flows, screens, copy, and interactions.

• Testing product features from a user’s point of view.

• Identifying where users may get confused, stuck, or drop off.

• Creating fast MVPs for new product ideas.

• Working across product, design, and engineering to ship useful features quickly.

Skills Required

• Basic to good understanding of frontend or full-stack development.

• Experience with React, Next.js, Java

Script, or similar technologies.

• Ability to use AI tools like Claude/Cursor to build faster.

• Good product sense and UX thinking.

• Ability to create quick prototypes and iterate fast.

• Clear communication and ownership mindset.

Bonus Points

• You have built your own product, side project, or startup MVP.

• You have worked with AI coding tools deeply.

• You have redesigned any product flow just because you felt the UX was poor.

• You understand that good design is not only about looks, but also about clarity, speed, and ease of use.
