Senior UX/UI Designer - Mobile Applications

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for their next generation of mobile applications. This role is based in our vibrant office and requires a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual aesthetics for iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and business requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. This involves conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for mobile applications from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Create high-fidelity visual designs, UI elements, and style guides that align with brand identity. Collaborate closely with product managers to define product vision and requirements. Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development cycle. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input. Advocate for user needs and best practices in design within the organization. Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute to design system development and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on mobile applications.
