UI/UX Designer& Figma Experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with Figma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive web applications while ensuring excellent user experience and design consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js

• Convert Figma designs into high-quality, responsive UI components

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration

• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized

• Improve application performance and user experience

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code

• Troubleshoot and debug issues

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in React.js, Java

Script, HTML, CSS

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

• Hands-on experience with Figma (design interpretation & collaboration)

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)

• Basic knowledge of UI design tools and prototyping

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Relevant work experience in frontend development

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset

Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week with 2nd and 4th Saturdays as weekly off”

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
