Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer (AI Products) Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 4–6+ Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Location- Delhi Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, data-driven, and user-centric experiences for AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies like AI, LLMs, and Web3, and who enjoys solving complex design challenges. You will work closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Design high-quality user interfaces using Figma, including design systems and interactive prototypes Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for complex, data-heavy dashboards and analytics platforms Ensure responsive design across devices and implement dark-mode UI effectively Maintain solid visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction design standards User Experience (UX) Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements Develop user flows, wireframes, and information architecture Optimize user journeys for better engagement and conversion Implement accessibility best practices across designs AI Product Design Design interfaces for AI/LLM-powered products Build conversational UI experiences (chatbots, copilots, AI assistants) Design trust indicators, AI-generated insights, and feedback loops to enhance user confidence Simplify complex AI outputs into intuitive user experiences Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration) Proven experience designing dashboards or data-heavy applications Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have Experience in Web3 or crypto product design Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions Basic understanding of frontend development constraints What You’ll Get Flexible working hours with remote/hybrid setup Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and Web3 products Full access to modern design and AI tools Exposure to global startups, founders, and investors High-growth environment with career advancement opportunities
