UX Designer - Innovation & Design

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences across our software and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creativity to design seamless user journeys and optimize overall product functionality.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Facilitate the stakeholder's product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability)
Design & deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys & mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Make strategic design & user experience decisions related to core & new functions and features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
3-5 years of UX design experience.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Omni

Graffle, Axure, In

Vision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and Java

Script skills preferred
Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Experience working in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related subject
