UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that delight users and drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging designs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Design UI components, style guides, and design systems for a consistent user experience.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (or similar role).

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java

Script) to collaborate better with developers.

• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.

• Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.

• Prior exposure to Agile development environments.
