Lead UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end UX strategy for multiple digital products.

• Ability to quickly ideate, prototype using Figma, and iterate based on sprint feedback.

• Design compelling user flows and journeys based on research insights and business goals.

• Lead UX research initiatives, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations.

• Build visually appealing Canva/Power

Point-based decks and presentations.

• Create and oversee product demo videos and motion prototypes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate vision into functional user experiences.

• Mentor a team of UX and UI designers, providing design reviews and guidance.

• Quickly absorb feedback and adjust designs in real-time during reviews or sprint demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years in a lead/management role.

• Strong Expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Solid understanding of design systems, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with designing AI builder platforms, dashboards/admin panels, chatbots.

• Experience designing AI-driven interfaces such as conversational AI, agentic AI, or intelligent assistants.

• Ability to translate complex AI workflows into intuitive visual experiences.

• Understanding of user psychology and intent modeling for AI-driven interactions.

• Exposure to multi-agent UX frameworks or AI tool (e.g., LLM-based platforms, copilots).

• A strong portfolio with detailed case studies showing UX strategy and execution
