User interface and Experience Designer for an AI enabled EMR

We are building the interface layer between clinicians and intelligent systems. And we need a designer who has thought hard about what that actually means.

Zyephr is a Clinical OS powered by AI decision support and agent-assisted care — built for hospitals in India. We are hiring a Senior Designer specialising in UI/UX, AI Interfaces, and Clinical Decision Support.

This is not a role for someone who makes AI outputs look clean. It is for someone who can make them trustworthy.

→ How AI recommendations reach a clinician — and how a clinician pushes back

→ Interaction models for semi-autonomous agents: delegation, status, interruption, correction

→ The visual language that separates AI-generated content from human-entered data

→ Complex clinical dashboards for physician, nurse, and administrator roles — mobile-first throughout

→ The Zyephr design system, owned end to end

Safety is the constraint. Every AI output has a visible human checkpoint.

✔ 3+ years in product design with shipped 0-to-1 work in your portfolio

✔ A point of view on AI interface trust you can defend in a clinical conversation

✔ Experience with data-dense dashboards where a misread value has real consequences

✔ Mobile-first as a practice, not a responsive afterthought

✔ Figma mastery — Variables, Auto Layout, multi-mode systems

✔ WCAG 2.2 as a habit, not a final audit

✔ Comfort working directly with clinicians and extracting what matters for design
