UX Researcher - Logistics Tech

Our client is a logistics technology provider with smart warehousing and delivery systems. Based in Dubai, they serve supply chains across the GCC.
Your Role

You’ll lead UX research initiatives to inform platform improvements, from tracking dashboards to delivery optimization tools.
Your Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and field observations

• Run A/B tests and usability studies

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate insights into wireframes

• Deliver research summaries and design recommendations
  Your Profile

• 3+ years in UX research or product design

• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and surveys

• Experience in B2B platforms or supply chain environments

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
