Job Title: UX Designer (Web & Mobile Experience)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate understands user behavior, can translate business requirements into seamless user journeys, and has a strong eye for design and usability.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Design clean, contemporary UI/UX for web and mobile applications
Improve existing product usability based on feedback and analytics
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with wireframing and prototyping
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus

Nice to Have
Experience working on SaaS, dashboards, or interactive platforms
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
Experience with animations/micro-interactions
