UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Development:

Design user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Translate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs into functional and interactive interfaces.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Responsive Design:

Develop responsive and adaptive interfaces for diverse screen sizes and devices.

Prototyping and Wireframing:

Create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Front-End Development:

Convert UI designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, Java

Script, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks like js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Utilize Type

Script to develop scalable and maintainable codebases.

User Research and Testing:

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate designs.
Analyse feedback and usage data to improve user experience.

Design Systems:

Contribute to or build a consistent design system, ensuring brand consistency and reusable components.

Stay Updated:

Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java

Script, Type

Script and frameworks like React.js or Angular).

Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Basic knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.

Preferred:

Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS/LESS).
Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Lottie).
Familiarity with backend integration (REST APIs, GraphQL).
Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
