Job Title: User Study Research / Proctor Engineer

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: Full-time Hire

Salary Range:$65,000-$75,000 a Year + Benefits

Job Description

Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products

Preferred: Human Factors background

Tasks performed:

• Plan & Execute Research —Implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products

• Develop Protocols — Contribute to the creation of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals

• Collect Data — Perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results

• Uphold Data Quality — Apply careful attention to detail throughout each study to maintain high standards of data quality and flag any anomalies or inconsistencies in a timely manner

• Communicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively

Other Requirements

Prior 6 months working with Apple Black or Ultra Products is a must-have
