About the Role

Phoenix Branding is hiring a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer & VFX Editor who can handle both branding design and high-impact video editing for digital platforms.

This role requires someone with a strong understanding of branding aesthetics, layout design, motion visuals, and modern content trends. You will work across multiple industries and brands, creating everything from logos and brand guidelines to social media creatives, brochures, reels, and cinematic edits.

We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking, speed, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design complete brand identities including:

• Logos

• Brand Guidelines

• Typography & Color Systems

• Brand Collaterals

• Create:

• Brochures

• Flyers

• Pitch Decks

• Packaging Concepts

• UI Layouts

• Marketing Materials

• Social Media Creatives

• Advertisement Creatives

• Develop clean, modern, and trend-aligned layouts for digital and print use

• Understand brand positioning and adapt design styles according to client requirements

• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and web teams for campaign execution

Video Editing & VFX

• Edit reels, promotional videos, advertisements, podcasts, and cinematic content

• Create motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and animated elements

• Work on sound syncing, pacing, color correction, and visual enhancement

• Produce visually engaging content optimized for Instagram, You

Tube Shorts, Linked

In, and digital campaigns

• Handle high-speed content delivery while maintaining creative quality

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Strong understanding of:

• Branding systems

• Typography

• Layout hierarchy

• UI aesthetics

• Motion graphics

• Visual storytelling

• Ability to create modern, premium, and conversion-focused designs

• Understanding of social media design trends and short-form content editing

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of UI/UX workflows and wireframing

• Experience with Figma, Blender, Cinema4D, or similar tools is a bonus

• Understanding of print production and packaging layouts

• Agency experience handling multiple clients is highly preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or VFX editing

• Strong portfolio showcasing:

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
