Cor family of companies as a Creative Graphic Designer. In this exciting role, you will create visually appealing marketing materials across various mediums to effectively communicate our brand message.

You will collaborate closely with talented designers, writers, and project managers to produce a diverse range of marketing communications for our business segments. By engaging in daily discussions to evaluate and prioritize workloads, as well as working independently, you will develop stunning graphic designs and layouts for publications, sales materials, collateral, corporate graphics, and multi-dimensional exhibits.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce graphics for sales materials, publications, collateral, corporate graphics, and multi-dimensional displays or events.

• Create engaging electronic and interactive designs for web banners, emails, presentations, and social media.

• Adhere strictly to the Brand Guidelines for Blue Cross NC and the Cura

Cor family of companies.

• Consult with internal business partners to identify their design needs and gather input.

• Collaborate with project team members to determine appropriate design elements for each project.

• Prepare artwork for approval and final distribution, making adjustments as needed.

• Adapt design styles for different brands and audiences, maintaining the right tone of voice.

• Display strong attention to detail in aspects such as kerning, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (where required).

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

• In the absence of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Bonus Points

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe In

Design. (Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Power

Point, Microsoft Co

Pilot is a plus but not required.)

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Where You'll Work

Our Hybrid Flex approach emphasizes purposeful presence, offering you the flexibility to work remotely while ensuring in-person connections that foster collaboration and progression. In a Hybrid-Flex role, you'll be in the office at least two days a week. For Remote Flex roles, you will work virtually with occasional in-office visits that hold significant meaning. Placement in either category depends on the nature of the work and location in relation to our Durham headquarters. We welcome applications from candidates outside the local area. Specific onsite expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we are committed to providing a competitive and fair compensation package that reflects market rates. Our starting salaries are generally positioned near the midpoint of the provided range. Compensation factors include experience, training, specialized skills, and company needs. In addition to your base salary, you will enjoy a robust Total Rewards package that features an Annual Incentive Bonus*, a 401k plan with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and attractive health benefits and wellness programs.

• The bonus is based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.
