Brite Connect, the digital marketing arm of the Brite Group, is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who comes with fresh ideas, strong visual instinct, and the hunger to build.

This role is for someone who is not just looking to “execute posts,” but wants to shape better brand communication, create cleaner and more engaging creatives, and grow with a company that works across internal brands and external clients alike.

We’re looking for a designer who can bring a new perspective, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to making our content sharper, stronger, and more memorable.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Social media creatives for brands across industries including automotive, retail, lifestyle, and more.

• Static posts, carousel designs, story creatives, pitch visuals, and campaign assets

• Brand-led visual systems for different client accounts

• Fresh content formats and new design approaches for digital platforms
