Creative Associate (Design & Visual Communication)

Role Overview

The Creative Associate will support Kruu’s design and communication needs across print

and digital formats.

This role is focused on translating ideas into clear, high-quality visual outputs —

ensuring consistency, speed, and effectiveness across all creative work. You will work

closely with multiple teams to deliver design solutions that support marketing, partnerships,

and program delivery.

Location:

Chennai - In Office

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop print collaterals (brochures, reports, school kits, event

• materials)

• Create digital assets (social media creatives, presentations, campaign visuals)

• Support brand consistency across all internal and external communication

• Assist in building pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design

• outputs

• Manage multiple design requests and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In

Design)

• Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turnaround digital content

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to execute both print and digital design requirements

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Figma and basic UI/UX design principles

• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)

• Experience working in fast-paced or multi-stakeholder environments

Candidate Profile

• 0–5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design quality

• Ability to take briefs and translate them into effective visual outputs

• Comfortable working across multiple formats and requirements

• Open to feedback and iterative design processes
