Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Junior/Senior) to join our team. The role involves working on a wide range of design requirements including packaging design, CGI content, motion graphics, UI/UX, and e-commerce A+ content.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, adaptable, and capable of translating ideas into visually compelling creatives that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product packaging aligned with brand identity and market trends

• Create engaging CGI visuals for product marketing and campaigns

• Develop motion graphics and video creatives for ads and social media

• Design and assist in UI/UX interfaces for websites and landing pages

• Create E-commerce A+ Content (Amazon/marketplaces), banners, and infographics

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams

• Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

• Lead design initiatives and guide junior team members (for senior-level candidates)

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

• 5–7 years (Senior) of relevant experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work (packaging, digital creatives, etc.)

• Understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)

• Knowledge of E-commerce creatives / A+ Content is a plus

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Figma / Adobe XD

• Basic knowledge of Blender / Cinema 4D / CGI tools (preferred)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in D2C / E-commerce / FMCG brands

• Exposure to performance marketing creatives

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
