We’re Hiring: Junior–Mid Graphic Designer

Bedfordview | On-site | Full-time | Permanent

A fast-paced Events & Marketing Agency specialising in the Medical and Pharmaceutical

sectors is looking for a capable, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team.

This is not a junior “learning” role. We need someone who can step in, take ownership, and

deliver consistently high-quality work across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Develop and execute branding, campaign concepts, and visual identities

• Design across digital, print, social media, packaging, signage, and web

• Translate verbal and written briefs into polished, production-ready work

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

• Collaborate closely with a focused, professional events team

What you will need

• Minimum 2 years’ proven professional experience in graphic design (non-negotiable)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and design systems

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, In

Design, XD)

• Solid working experience on Mac

• High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately

• Strong time management and accountability under pressure
