Job Summary:
The Training Content Designer is responsible for creating engaging, effective, and data-driven learning content that supports employee performance and business goals. This role focuses on instructional design, storyline development, and digital course creation using Articulate Rise 360, while collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and business leaders to deliver high-impact training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360
Create clear, engaging training storylines, scripts, and written content aligned with learning objectives
Analyze employee learning needs and translate business requirements into structured training programs
Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather content inputs and validate course accuracy
Plan, coordinate, and support skills assessments and training evaluations
Provide guidance and instructional support to trainers during new course rollouts
Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics (e.g., learner performance, completion rates, feedback scores)
Design and enhance computer-based training (CBT) programs
Coordinate with or manage external vendors for training content development or delivery when required
Ensure training materials follow corporate branding, instructional design standards, and best practices
Basic Requirements / Qualifications:
Advanced experience in Articulate Rise 360 (minimum 1 year; must be clearly indicated on the CV)
At least 1 year of experience in storyline creation and content writing (must be indicated on the CV)
Proven ability to analyze learning needs and partner with SMEs and business leaders
Experience planning and coordinating training programs and skills assessments
Strong background as a Training Content Designer in a corporate environment
Experience evaluating training effectiveness using metrics and performance data
Ability to work independently in a WFH, GY shift environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and instructional design skills
Preferred Skills (Advantage):
Experience with other instructional design tools or LMS platforms
Exposure to large-scale corporate or BPO training environments
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
