Content Designer - UX Writer and Video Specialist

We’re looking for a Content Designer who can simplify complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content across documentation, product interfaces, and video tutorials. This role blends UX writing, technical documentation, and multimedia content creation to improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-User Documentation

Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and help center articles.

Structure content for clarity, usability, and easy navigation.

Collaborate with product and support teams to identify documentation gaps.

Use tools like Notion, Confluence, or Git

Book.

2. UX Writing

Write clear, concise microcopy for product interfaces (buttons, tooltips, error messages).

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across the product.

Work closely with designers in Figma or similar tools.

Improve user flows through content optimization.

3. Video Content Creation

Script and produce short product walkthroughs, tutorials, and onboarding videos.

Record screen demos and edit videos using tools like Camtasia or Loom.

Create AI-assisted videos using platforms like Synthesia.

Optimize videos for clarity, engagement, and support effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in UX writing, technical writing, or content design

• Good Exp with Video Content Creation

• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly language

• Experience creating structured documentation and help content

• Basic understanding of UX principles and user journeys

• Experience with video scripting and basic editing

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
