Job Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer with a Creative Head mindset—someone who doesn’t just write but thinks, builds narratives, and drives results. This role requires a blend of content creation, creative strategy, and production involvement to ensure every campaign is visually and emotionally impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Write high-converting scripts for ads, reels, You
Tube videos, and promotional campaigns
Develop content for VSLs (Video Sales Letters), landing pages, and webinars
Take ownership of creative storytelling across all marketing channels
Generate campaign ideas, hooks, and creative angles for performance marketing
Collaborate closely with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
Analyze content performance and optimize messaging for better engagement and conversions
Creative Production & Design Collaboration
Conceptualize creative ad campaigns with clear visual direction and messaging
Provide creative briefs to graphic designers and video editors with detailed instructions
Suggest ad layouts, visual storytelling ideas, and design directions (colors, fonts, style, mood)
Guide designers on what message should stand out visually in ads and creatives
Work on hook + visual combination to improve ad performance
Review and refine creatives to ensure alignment with script and marketing goals
Stay updated with latest design and ad trends (reels, thumbnails, static ads, carousels)
Collaborate in creative production planning including shoot ideas, scene breakdowns, and storyboard inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in content writing, script writing, or copywriting
Strong command of English (Hindi is a plus)
Excellent storytelling, ideation, and creative thinking skills
Understanding of digital marketing (ads, funnels, conversion content)
Ability to write across formats (short-form, long-form, scripts, ads)
Basic understanding of design sense and visual communication
Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in performance marketing content (Meta Ads, You
Tube Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with VSLs, hooks, and viral content formats
Basic understanding of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe (for idea reference)
