We are looking for a battle-ready Senior Content Writer who can thrive in a fast-paced political campaign environment and deliver powerful messaging under tight deadlines.

This is not a routine content role.
This is strategic communication under pressure.

Role Overview

As a Senior Content Writer, you will shape campaign narratives, influence public perception, and craft high-impact communication across digital and on-ground platforms.

You will work directly with strategy, media, and leadership teams to deliver messaging that is sharp, persuasive, and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling political narratives aligned with campaign strategy

• Write speeches, scripts, social media copies, press notes, and public messaging

• Create emotionally resonant and data-backed content under strict timelines

• Manage rapid-response communication during live developments

• Collaborate with video, design, and research teams for integrated campaign output

• Ensure tone consistency, political sensitivity, and messaging discipline

• Lead and mentor junior writers where required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong political awareness and understanding of public sentiment

• Proven experience in script writing, speech drafting, or campaign communication

• Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

• Exceptional command over Tamil / English (bilingual preferred)

• Strong research capability to convert data into persuasive narratives

• Quick thinker with crisis communication ability

Preferred Background

• Experience in political campaigns, advocacy groups, media houses, or consulting firms

• Exposure to election war-room setups

• Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information

Contract Duration

• 2 Months (Full-Time Campaign Role)

• Immediate joiners preferred
