ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Content & Digital Marketing Manager, you will own Elinea's digital presence from strategy through execution. This is a hands-on, in-clinic role — you will be present in our space regularly to create original content, shoot before-and-after photography, and document the Elinea experience firsthand. You will also serve as the connective tissue between our clinic, our branding agency, and our content creator, ensuring everything we put into the world is cohesive, on-brand, and driving real growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & In-Clinic Photography:

• Be present in clinic regularly to shoot original content: treatments in progress, the clinic environment, team moments, and brand assets

• Own the full before-and-after photography program — develop and standardize protocols, shoot and manage all patient before-and-after photos, and maintain the organized archive

• Produce and manage Instagram Stories

• Collaborate with our content creator on IG posts and reels to ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand execution

• Write and publish a monthly patient newsletter

• Author SEO-informed blog posts on aesthetic topics

Strategy & Channel Management:

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Pinterest

• Optimize and maintain our Google Maps / Business profile

• Lead social strategy and content rollout for new treatment launches

• Serve as day-to-day liaison with our branding agency

• Update website pages as new treatments are introduced

• Monitor platform analytics and provide monthly performance reporting

• Stay current on aesthetic industry trends and social best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of content or digital marketing management experience, ideally in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare

• Owns a professional camera; skilled in photography and comfortable shooting in a clinical environment

• Hands-on experience creating and standardizing before-and-after photo protocols, or equivalent structured photography programs

• Strong content creation skills: photography, copywriting, and light video editing

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a marketing workflow (e.g. copy generation, content ideation, image editing)

• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency

• Experience collaborating with external creative or branding agencies

• Highly organized — you will be coordinating across multiple stakeholders and maintaining a patient photo archive

• Excellent written communication skills; able to match a sophisticated, patient-first brand voice

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant content and photography practices

• Experience with Word

Press or a similar CMS

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

• Understanding of Google Business optimization and local SEO

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000 – $100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
